Our journey began with two passionate individuals whose diverse backgrounds were brought together by a shared desire to showcase the many hidden gems the Philippines has to offer.
Jessica Hernandez is a dedicated nurse with a flair for food writing and a deep interest in culture and travel. Her experiences have fueled her desire to explore and promote the culinary heritage of the Philippines.
Val Anthony Alvero brings a wealth of experience in software development and business founding. As a food hobbyist, he has long been driven by the desire to improve food distribution systems, making high-quality ingredients accessible to both professional chefs and home cooks alike.
